The terms that apply when you use Cheersheet: a choreography and practice tool for cheer and dance coaches, not a rules check and not a music service.
What this is
Cheersheet is a tool for writing 8-count sheets over a mix you already have, printing them and practising with them. Cheersheet is a choreography and practice tool; it does not check skills against any ruleset, so check your own rules and your coaches' safety calls.
Your music
You load music you have the right to use, usually the mix your team paid for. Cheersheet ships no music, never uploads yours and never distributes it. A practice track you export is a file on your device, made from your file; sharing it is between you and whoever licensed the mix to you.
The beat grid
The grid is an estimate from the audio, corrected by you. It can be wrong, especially in intros, voiceovers and effects. Check the count by ear before you teach it, and treat the drift flags as a prompt to listen again. Cheersheet is not affiliated with any cheer or dance governing body, competition producer, event brand or music company.
What is free
One routine up to 1:30, the beat grid, the count sheet editor, printing, the practice player, the guides and the FAQ are free with no account and stay that way. In this build everything else is free too. Nothing on the free list will be moved behind a payment.
No account, and your routines
There is nothing to sign up for. Anything the site remembers is stored by your own browser on your own device, which means it can be cleared by you at any time, cannot be recovered by us, and does not follow you to another device. Save a project file of any routine you cannot afford to lose.
Refunds
Not happy with a purchase? Email socialreminderinfo@gmail.com within 14 days of a first purchase, or within 7 days of a renewal, and we will refund it. Send the message from the email address you used at checkout, and include:
- the email address used at checkout (if you are writing from a different address)
- your access code, shown on the Premium page while you are subscribed on the browser you purchased from
- roughly when you purchased, and which plan (yearly or lifetime)
- the last 4 digits of the card, if you have the receipt handy
That is everything needed to find the purchase and process the refund. This policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have.
Acceptable use
Use the site to plan, teach and practise routines, including projecting the count in your gym. Do not scrape it at a rate that degrades it for other people, and do not load music you have no right to use.
Warranty and liability
The site is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Cheersheet is not liable for any loss arising from the use of the site or from reliance on anything on it. A count sheet made here is your own plan, not a safety or legality ruling by anyone.
